概述

Introduction

　　SPF/C煤粉定量喂料控制系统专用于煤粉的计量及定量给料控制，由环状天平转子秤、FB多层稳流喂料机及SP锁风输送泵组成。广泛应用于水泥、有色、冶金、化工等行业的煤粉计量。

The system, specially used for pulverized coal metering and quantitative feeding control, is composed of annular balance rotor scale, FR multi-layer steady flow feeder and SP air locking conveying pump. The FR multi-layer feeder is used for ensuring material homogenization, annular balance rotor scale for accurate measurement and SP air locking conveying pump for air locking and conveying during pneumatic conveying. The system, equipped with special PLC control system for a coordination control on different equipment, is applied mainly for pulverized coal quantitative control in coal supply system of industrial kiln.

　　1.采用内置多层式密封结构的粉体喂料机，口径大，更有利于仓内粉体物料的下落;多层式密封结构能保证粉体连续稳定喂料，有效地防止粉料涌流、结拱。

　　2.环状天平式转子秤作为计量装置,天平式称量结构，传感器直接承力，省去杠杆、配重等机构，灵敏度和精度高，计量准确，运行可靠。气流、落料冲击力等外界影响因素不会引起秤体零点漂移。

　　3.独特的专用锁风输送装置，能够有效地保证物料输送的连续性与均匀性。

　　4.系统引入前馈加双环闭合回路调节模式，响应速度快，运行稳定性高。

　　5.系统采用模块化设计，维护简单，可靠性高，柔性密封更换简单且使用成本低。

1. The powder feeder, with a multi-layer sealing construction and a big diameter, adopts predictive control technology, which is in favor of the material falling inside the bin. The multi-layer sealing construction can ensure the continuous and stable feeding of powder material and effectively avoid material surging and arching.
2. As metering device, the annular balance rotor scale is the balance type weighing structure, having sensor direct bearing force, without lever and balance weight, with high sensitivity and accuracy, high metering accuracy and reliable operation. The external factors such as air flow and impact force from falling materials will not cause the zero drift of balance body
3. The unique special air locking conveying device can effectively ensure the continuity and uniformity of conveying material.
4. The system introduces the earlier feedback plus double-annular closed circuit adjusting mode, with high
response speed and high operation stability.
