- 1 pound shucked green beans, washed
- 2-3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
- Wasabi sesame seeds – optional
In a 10 inch skillet, add green beans and 1/4 cup of water. Bring to medium heat, tossing sliced garlic on top, salt and peppering to taste. Cover and allow to steam for about 3 minutes. Remove lid and toss to combine, allowing additional water to cook off, about 1 minute. Remove from heat, drizzle toasted sesame oil on top and toss to coat. Garnish with wasabi sesame seeds if desired.
